Food is the theme this month in Albuquerque.
- National Fiery Food and Barbecue Show: 22nd Annual show features over 200 exhibitor showing off some of the worlds best heat laced products in the industry. The show attracts over 10,000 buyers and fans to the Sandia Resort and Casino Events Center just outside Albuquerque. March 5-7th
- Seventh Annual Pork & Brew BBQ contest: The only Kansas City Barbecue Society sanctioned barbecue contest in the state. March 26-27 at the Santa Ana Star Center in the Rio Rancho. This years show adds the Monster Truck Winter Nationals to the two day event. Food, fun and BBQ.
- Walking With Dinosaurs: Theater Performance. 15 life size dinosaurs fill the Santa Ana Star Center on March 17-21. More info at dinosaurlive.com
